Sal RoperoNSCA-CPT, CSCS. ATC/L Salomon Ropero, founder and owner of Salomon Services, gained his extensive real-world understanding of fitness training through a lifetime as an athlete and 42-year history of pursuing total body fitness. Beginning as a football and basketball player in his early teens, Sal became a competitive swimmer in high school and then competed as an amateur and professional surfer for a decade. Sal’s love for the active, outdoor lifestyle drove him to become a professional surfing judge after his years of competing. He earned respect as Head Judge for ESA (Eastern Surfing Association) before taking the responsibility of Head Athletic Trainer at Fletcher High School where he directed the sport medicine program for five years-coordinating care, therapy, strength and conditioning for injured athletes. Sal’s fitness and training expertise has been called upon by the strength and conditioning staff of the Jacksonville Jaguars to assist with preparing players for minicamp and competition at the highest professional level. Sal earned his B.S. in Health Science at the University of North Florida. He also holds an M.S. in Sports Medicine from Nova Southeastern University, qualifying him as the perfect coach to work with athletes seeking additional injury recovery work after completing physical therapy. |
